Meditation is an essential part of Kundalini Yoga. It is designed for YOU to align with YOU.
Join us for a day of deep meditation to center, balance, and inspire you.
You can access this event free online from anywhere in the world. Event times will be on Mountain Time (MT).
After so much uncertainty and turmoil this year, the equinox energies of balance are more welcome than ever.
We are pleased to be able to share a one day program for deepening your meditation practice, with morning sadhana, a morning and afternoon extended meditation practice, an inspiring talk during lunch, and an evening concert of chanting and community.
We are offering this for free to serve the needs of our community but welcome your donations in support of our work. 20% of your donations will go to RAINN to support victims of sexual assault.
Challenge yourself to day of live sadhana, long meditations, and chanting.
Join us for LIVE morning sadhana, the recitation of Japji, a short yoga set, and chanting the Aquarian Sadhana mantras.
If you have never participated in the Aquarian sadhana, we think you'll love it! We offer a free downloadable resource to explain how to practice and participate so you won't feel left out.
Time to do a meditation reset, giving you the opportunity to experience one long Kirtan Kriya for 2.5 hours in global community, and the chance to experience several shorter meditations for an extended meditation session.
We are also translating all events into Spanish. We're working to bring additional languages to e-Solstice, our next online event.
Join us for an evening concert with Kiret Nam Kaur from Haiti.
We are thrilled to share the music from an artist who represents so much grace in action, and who was named a 2019 3HO Luminary for her extraordinary commitment to seva.
